What a team stay actually costs

Put your crew size and dates in. If you know what you're currently paying per room, add it and we'll show you the difference.

That's every room we have. We've crews in most weeks, so send the dates and we'll come back on what we can actually hold.

Indicative only, based on the direct company rates of £55 per double, £60 twin, £42.50 single and £70 triple, per room per night, plus VAT. Final rate confirmed in writing when we check availability, and long projects or larger blocks are always worth a conversation. Self-catering also takes a sizeable bite out of the subsistence line, which isn't counted above.

Rooms & rates

22 rooms, and we'll hold the ones your job needs

We've crews in most weeks, so send your dates early on the bigger blocks and we'll tell you straight what we can hold. Rates are the direct company rate, per room per night, plus VAT at 20%. Same rate whether it's one night or a six-month project, and we'll invoice whoever pays the bill.

The Norton is VAT registered. VAT-registered businesses reclaim it in the normal way, so the net cost to you is the rate shown. Any rate we confirm to you in writing stays as quoted for the booking it covers.

Booking digs for a crew
shouldn't take a full afternoon

Twelve separate reservations, twelve confirmation emails and twelve receipts to chase at month end. Or one email to us.

01

One invoice, once a month

However many rooms, however many nights, however many changes to the rota. One document for your accounts team instead of a folder full of booking confirmations.

02

Rooms held for your project

Block-book for the length of the job and the rooms are yours. Names on the rota can change week to week without rebooking anything.

03

Self-catering, not a breakfast bill

Two fully equipped communal kitchens, big fridge-freezers and dry storage. A crew that can cook and do a food shop costs a fraction of a crew on nightly meal allowances.

04

Secure parking for the vans

Car park right next to the building, covered by CCTV. Tools stay where you left them, and it's under a minute from the van to the room.

05

Door codes, no reception

Every guest gets their own code, texted before arrival. Nights, early starts, a 2am finish or a driver who's been stuck on the A19 for three hours. Nobody's waiting to be checked in.

06

Laundry on site

Washing machine, tumble drier and an iron. Crews on multi-week jobs can keep their kit clean without a launderette run or a suitcase the size of a fridge.

Location

Every major site within
sixteen minutes

1 The Green, Seaton Carew, Hartlepool, TS25 1AR. Hartlepool, Seal Sands, North Tees, Port Clarence and the Billingham complex are all a short run up the A178. No commute worth complaining about, which shows up in how many hours your crew is actually on site rather than sat in a van.

Drive time from the front door 0 — 16 min

1 The Green, Seaton Carew, Hartlepool, TS25 1AR Every site above is pinned with its drive time. Between Hartlepool and the Tees, with the A178 and A19 on the doorstep. The map loads only when you tap it, so the page stays quick and there's no cookie banner.

Availability checked and a written rate back to you, usually the same working day. Nothing is held until you say go.

03

Codes out, invoice at month end

Door codes text out to each guest before arrival. One invoice covering the lot, to whoever pays the bill.
